joshsiv-mulga 400bae523a feat(daemon): Phase 1 perf instrumentation + e2e runner microvm flag

- Log t1→t2 boot timing via slog on the direct-boot path
- measureQEMURSSMiB helper reads /proc/<pid>/status (tested)
- Gate constants: phase1BootGateMs=500, phase1RSSGateMiB=25
- run-lb-e2e.sh: --microvm flag, dual-path CI annotation, density test note
