Julian Sommer 3cfa94d49a chore: drop the go build cache age census ...

It answered its question: of 18 GB on disk, 1.45 GB is untouched for a
day and nothing at all survives three. Go's own trim and the rate CI
runs already keep the cache live, so pruning before the save would shed
under 4% of the bytes at a two-day cut and risk recompiles for it.
