* feat(sqs): queue and Lambda-facing message API foundation Adds the SQS JSON 1.0 adapter (unregistered in production) with queue create, lookup, attributes, list, tags and the message operations a Lambda poller uses: SendMessage(Batch), ReceiveMessage with long polling and attribute selection, DeleteMessage(Batch) and ChangeMessageVisibility(Batch), backed by the queue record owner and the JetStream message store. String and Binary message attributes are validated, stored and checksummed; Number attributes are refused until AWS behaviour is confirmed. * test(sqs): poller lifecycle through the message owners Covers receive, release, redelivery, delete, visibility extension, queue binding of receipt handles and long polling against the real queue and JetStream message stores, from the message package itself. * test(sqs): move SDK coverage from the gateway to the SQS domain Drives the registration through dispatch.Invocation over the real queue and message owners, so the gateway package carries no SQS changes.
