Julian Sommer 4a6ce6cbbc fix: send S3 to predastore from the spinifex AWS CLI profiles ...

admin init and account create wrote a single profile endpoint_url, so aws s3
reached the gateway on :9999, which does not serve S3. Profiles now carry a
services section pointing s3 at the predastore gate, and the INI rewrite keeps
nested settings instead of flattening them.
