* test: pin ECS and EKS dispatch through the SigV4 pipeline * refactor: register ECS and EKS on the ingress seam EKS resolves the cluster and nodegroup role through passrole.Check with the IAM role resolver, in the order it had. Responses and check order are unchanged. * fix: match AWS role handling for ECS and EKS PassRole cases ECS refuses a foreign task role before PassRole, accepts a role that is not an ARN or does not exist after PassRole, and reports a RunTask override role it cannot assume.
