Julian Sommer 9637978177 fix: pin the ISO cells' spinifex checkout to GIT_BRANCH ...

Cells 21 and 22 compile the checked-out spinifex tree, but their checkout
had no ref, so a scheduled run built main against siblings pinned to dev.
