joshsiv-mulga 81beafe895 build(ansible): include microvm artifacts in build role tarball ...

Adds a build-microvm-image task to the ansible build role and stages
build/microvm/* into the role's release tarball so the install role's
setup.sh run picks them up via INSTALL_SPINIFEX_TARBALL. Skipped
gracefully when the build script is absent (older branches without
direct-boot LB wiring).
