Subject: [PATCH] fix: add dhcpcd-base to system dependencies for DHCP pool
 mode

DHCP pool mode requires dhcpcd-base (/usr/sbin/dhcpcd) to obtain
leases from the router. Added to Makefile install-system, setup.sh
binary installer, and source-install docs.
