* feat(gitops): native Git provider webhook ingestion Add hub-facing provider hook ingest with per-stack endpoint CRUD, signature verification for major Git hosts, and GitOps reconcile via provider_event. * fix(frontend): drop unused isDarkMode prop from provider hooks card * fix(frontend): stop destructuring unused isDarkMode in GitSourcePanel * fix(gitops): log remote hook forwards and tighten provider ingest Record GitHub-family event actions, skip noisy PR sub-actions, treat replayed deliveries as duplicates without a second reconcile, and drop the GitLab HMAC header claim that the real provider does not send. * fix(gitops): retry failed provider deliveries on redelivery Do not treat processing_failed as a settled ingest state, so a host redelivery can run reconcile again. Deduplicate the delivery lookup helpers. * fix(gitops): align provider delivery headers and drop unused rate_limited Use native GitLab/Gitea/Forgejo delivery-id headers in adapters and ingest, assert stored delivery ids, and remove the unreachable rate_limited state.
