* feat(dashboard): add Stack Health All nodes inventory

Keep This node as the default, and add an opt-in All nodes view that fans
out statuses, metrics, and GitOps to non-active nodes with independent
outcomes, State/Networks columns, Show all expansion, and node-qualified
editor navigation.

* fix(dashboard): restore Stack Health remote navigation and remember scope

All-nodes row clicks now stash-then-switch so the editor opens on the owning node. Networks no longer overlap Port, and This node / All nodes persists across views and node switches.
