* feat(nav): add pulsing animation to local node status dot

Apply the same animate-ping pattern used by the notification bell badge
to the local node context pill in the top header bar. The green dot
now pulses to give a stronger "live connection" signal.

* fix(nav): use animate-pulse instead of animate-ping for node status dot

Switch the local node pill dot from the ping pattern (expanding ring)
to animate-pulse for consistency with the remote node pill. Only the
notification bell badge should use animate-ping.

React + TypeScript + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel (or oxc when used in rolldown-vite) for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

React Compiler

The React Compiler is not enabled on this template because of its impact on dev & build performances. To add it, see this documentation.

Expanding the ESLint configuration

If you are developing a production application, we recommend updating the configuration to enable type-aware lint rules:
