Anso 8eaa954927 feat(updates): table view as the default for the update page (#2059) ...

The Update page now lists pending updates as a sortable table, one row
per stack across nodes, with the node-grouped card board kept behind a
Table / Cards switch. The choice is remembered per browser. Row details
hold the changelog, blocked reason, and per-service Apply.
