* feat(settings): change fresh-install defaults for charts, log chips, progress style and stack guardrails

Fresh installs now start with the Signature chart palette, per-service
log chip colors, inline deploy progress, one retained rollback
generation per stack, and the missing-required-env deploy guard on.
Existing stored values are unchanged.

* fix(settings): make appearance reset match the fresh-install chart default

Reset to default was still applying the Calm preset, which put the muted
chart palette back. It now restores upright headings, reduced effects, and
the Signature chart palette, and the appearance screenshots match that look.
