Anso 75fd4b48f1 docs(security): cover the trusted proxy setting, hub-only tokens and audited GitOps actions (#2180) ...

The security reference now says per-IP limits use the forwarded client address
only from listed proxies and adds the proxy setting to the hardening checklist.
The configuration page states the consequence for sign-in when the proxy is not
listed, the API token page says token management is never forwarded to a remote
node, and the audit log page lists GitOps decisions and finding dismissals.
