* feat(dashboard): rebalance the Home lower half around operational signals Home now reads as a triage: Recent alerts leads the operational row, with Fleet heartbeat beside it on multi-node installs, and Configuration summary closes the page. Every card below the gauges renders through one shared panel shell and the shared Table primitives; actionable rows stay real table rows with a native button in the primary cell. Recent alerts gains a This node / All nodes scope that follows the active node, a fixed eight-row preview with View all alerts, deterministic drill-downs (stack, drift tab, container logs, scan history, Fleet updates) that switch nodes race-safely, and first-class feed gaps so a silent node never reads as an all-clear. Fleet heartbeat takes the alerts card's height, orders problem nodes first, separates offline from unknown, and opens node details from any node. Configuration summary collapses to one row per domain with a per-setting Node / Account / Instance scope, reachability-gated drill-downs, stale handling, and fresher invalidation. The Stack restarts card is removed from Home, along with the stack-restarts endpoint and query it was the only consumer of. * test(e2e): scope the node-switch locator to the switcher popover * docs(dashboard): document the operational Home layout
