The GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 grants copyright permissions for the software. It does **not** grant permission to use Studio Saelix trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or official status, except as required for reasonable attribution (for example, stating that a fork is derived from Sencho).

You may:

- Refer to Sencho by name to describe compatibility or provenance.
- Reproduce trademarks when required by the license or by accurate attribution.

You may not:

- Use Sencho or Studio Saelix marks as the name of a competing product or service without written permission.
- Imply that a modified or hosted distribution is an official Studio Saelix release without written permission.
