Anso a1e2846d7d feat: expose Community audit log via system:audit navigation (#1740)
* feat(rbac): make Settings authorization permission-aware

Align Settings visibility and mutations with the existing permission matrix so Node Admin can edit node-scoped operational settings while system and credential surfaces stay Admin-protected.

* fix(rbac): tighten settings permission buckets and tests

Collapse settings key permission maps into one source of truth, and cover mixed PATCH atomicity plus image-update enabled writes.

* fix(rbac): tighten Settings scoped grants and CI assertions

Empty settings PATCH fails closed, node:manage is scoped to the active
node, system-only Settings stay hidden without system:settings, and
Check updates / webhooks mutate gates follow the permission matrix.

* fix(rbac): defer Settings section fallback until authz is ready

Keep deep links to permission-gated sections (e.g. license) intact while
can() is still fail-closed during permission metadata load.

* feat: expose Community audit log via system:audit navigation

Gate the Audit view on the system:audit permission instead of paid tier,
so Community admins can open the existing 14-day recent-activity window.
Export, anomaly flags, and stats remain Admiral-only.

* test: clarify synthetic Community admin mock lacks system:audit

Document that mockCommunityAdmin is a gate-isolation helper, not the
real Admin permission matrix where system:audit is always present.

Anso dd54a2e483 feat: graduate Host Console to Community admins (#1669)
* feat: graduate Host Console to Community admins

Make Host Console available to Community and Admiral admins (system:console), add host-console-community for mixed fleets, and keep opaque API tokens off the host shell.

* docs: document Host Console deep links

Cover root and stack-scoped Console URLs, correct the phone treatment note, and pin parse/build round-trips in senchoRoute tests.

* fix: bind Host Console socket to the resolved node

Treat unresolved activeNode as loading, target the WebSocket with an explicit nodeId, and wait for stack deep-link hydration so the shell cannot open on the wrong node or compose root. Add regression coverage for node/stack retargeting and fail-closed directory resolution.

* fix: harden Host Console node binding, audit acting_as, and console_session tokens

Reject unknown or malformed nodeIds before spawning a PTY. Record hub operators in audit_log.acting_as for remote console_session bridges. Path-scope and one-time-consume console_session JWTs so Host Console mints cannot open container exec or be replayed.

* test: expect acting_as in audit CSV export header

Align the CSV export assertion with the P0-2B acting_as column added to audit log exports.

* feat(resources): bind prune to fingerprinted itemized plans

* fix(resources): repair prune plan volume usage and preview list

Source volume RefCount from docker df, keep preview rows from flex-shrinking, tighten managed image attribution and becomesFree, and stop audit summaries from claiming success on rejected prunes.

Anso d113004359 feat: add confirmed Take down stack action with optional volume removal (#1599)
* feat: add confirmed Take down stack action with optional volume removal

Expose Take down in the stack header and sidebar with a confirmation dialog
that runs compose down while keeping the stack definition on disk. Optional
volume removal is gated by node capability and stack:deploy permission, with
remote gateway preflight before proxying removeVolumes requests.

Closes #1582

* fix: reset take-down volume checkbox when dialog closes

* test: align getStackMenuVisibility assertions with showTakeDown key

getStackMenuVisibility now returns a fifth lifecycle flag, showTakeDown,
but three exhaustive toEqual assertions still listed only the prior four
keys and failed. Add the expected showTakeDown value to each: true for
the partial and exited running-stack cases, false for the self stack.

* test: cover Take down visibility for running non-self stacks

The getStackMenuVisibility assertions exercised the partial and exited
branches and the self-stack guard, but not the raw === 'running' literal
that drives showTakeDown for a normal running stack. Add a case so a
regression dropping 'running' from that check is caught.

* fix: drop Take down from header overflow and wire activity shortcut

Remove duplicate Take down from More actions.

Keep inline button when running, sidebar menu, and Cmd+ArrowDown.

Record stack_taken_down in activity on successful POST /down.

Anso bf18fbbb9a test(audit-log): assert PAID_REQUIRED code on Community-blocked stats and export (#1417)
The /stats and /export routes run the paid-license guard before the
permission guard, so a Community admin's rejection comes from the paid
gate. The existing tests only checked the 403 status, which a permission
gate would also produce, so they did not prove which gate fired.

Assert res.body.code === 'PAID_REQUIRED' on both so each test pins the
rejection to the paid gate, matching the assertion already used in the
secrets suite.

Anso ea1267b32f feat: give Community a 14-day in-app audit log (#1337)
* feat: give Community a 14-day in-app audit log

The audit-log list view is now reachable on the Community tier, scoped to a
rolling 14-day recent-activity window, with the existing filters (actor,
method, search, date range). Full retention, CSV/JSON export, and per-row
anomaly annotation remain on the paid tier.

Backend clamps the list window for unpaid tiers and forces anomaly annotation
off; a non-numeric from query value is normalized so it cannot lift the clamp.
The stats and export endpoints keep their paid gate. The frontend hides the
export control and the anomaly stat tiles for Community and omits the anomaly
request. Audit entries are still captured for every tier, so only read access
changes.

* test: repoint distributed-license stand-in to a still-paid audit route

The distributed-license trust-chain test borrowed GET /api/audit-log as a
paid-gated, DB-reading stand-in. That route is now Community-accessible, so its
six 403 PAID_REQUIRED assertions flipped to 200. Point the stand-in at
GET /api/audit-log/stats, which keeps requirePaid plus the system:audit
permission gate and is satisfied by both token types the test uses.

Anso 865d792874 feat(pricing): collapse to two tiers (#1309)
* feat(pricing): collapse to two tiers (Community + Admiral)

Collapse Sencho's pricing from three tiers (Community / Skipper / Admiral)
to two: a generous free Community tier and a single paid Admiral tier. The
Skipper tier is removed.

Now free in Community: auto-heal, auto-update, scheduled operations,
webhooks, notification routing, Fleet Actions and bulk operations, SSO
preset providers (Google / GitHub / Okta), unlimited users with admin and
viewer roles, and deploy safety (atomic deploys, auto-rollback, and
one-click rollback).

Admiral (paid) is focused on running and governing a fleet: blueprints,
Fleet Secrets, deploy enforcement, vulnerability report export, audit log,
host console, private registries, mesh networking, node cordon, managed
cloud backup, LDAP / Active Directory SSO, and the advanced RBAC roles
(deployer, node-admin, auditor) with per-resource scoped assignments.

Internally the license variant distinction is removed so tier is binary
(community / paid). License validation still verifies the Lemon Squeezy
store and product before granting paid status.

Docs and the contributor guide are updated to the two-tier model.

* docs(pricing): correct licensing page to two-tier pricing and tidy stale tier wording

The licensing docs page kept the old Admiral pricing plus a Founder
Lifetime column and an Enterprise paragraph after the two-tier collapse.
Update it to $12/month or $99/year, drop the lifetime and Enterprise
content, and link to the pricing page for current pricing.

Also fix stale "Skipper" wording in CLA.md, SUPPORT.md, one test title,
and three test comments. Historical CHANGELOG entries and the
retired-Skipper license-guard test are intentionally left as-is.

* docs: align licensing and SSO pages with the two-tier model

Correct the SSO overview so the Google, GitHub, and Okta presets read as
available on every tier, matching the provider table; only LDAP and Active
Directory require Sencho Admiral. Remove the lifetime-plan references from the
licensing, settings, and troubleshooting pages so they reflect subscription-only
Admiral pricing.

* fix(rbac): omit scoped permissions from /me on the Community tier

Scoped role assignments only take effect on the paid tier, but GET /api/permissions/me returned them unconditionally, so a downgraded instance with leftover assignments rendered per-resource affordances the API then rejected with 403. The endpoint now mirrors the permission middleware and includes scoped permissions only on the paid tier. Adds a regression test covering the downgrade case.

* docs: use custom-pricing wording on the contact page

The two-tier model has no Enterprise tier; reword the contact page's enterprise pricing/deals to custom pricing/deals so it does not imply a tier that no longer exists.

Anso b61388c675 fix(rbac): enforce admin seat cap on promotion and harden last-admin and audit paths (#1266)
Promoting a user to admin now respects the per-tier admin seat limit the same
way user creation does, closing a path that let an operator exceed the cap by
creating an account and then editing its role to admin.

The last-admin guard for demote and delete now runs the admin-count re-check
and the write in a single transaction, so two concurrent admin changes can no
longer race the admin count to zero and lock everyone out.

Admin two-factor resets are now recorded once with their own audit summary
instead of being mislabeled as a user creation by the audit middleware.

Anso 5e66b54153 fix(audit-log): neutralize CSV export injection, clamp pagination, bound anomaly history (#1259)
* fix(audit-log): neutralize CSV export injection, clamp pagination, bound anomaly history

Harden the Admiral audit log without changing its tier or hub-only gating.

- CSV export now defuses formula injection: any field that a spreadsheet
would evaluate as a formula (leading = + - @, or a trigger behind leading
whitespace, or a leading tab/CR) is prefixed with a single quote before
RFC 4180 quoting. Audit summaries embed user-controlled resource names, so
this closes a path where a crafted name could execute on export open.
- Clamp page and limit to positive bounds on the list endpoint so a negative
limit can no longer reach SQLite as "unlimited" and dump the whole table.
- Bound the anomaly and stats history reads to a capped slice of recent rows
so the analysis paths stay within fixed memory and latency on large
histories instead of scanning the full retention window per request.
- Surface failed audit list and stats fetches through the standard error
toast instead of leaving the view silently stale.
- Add a developer-mode-gated diagnostic log to the stats endpoint for parity
with the list and export handlers.

Covered by new unit and HTTP-integration tests (CSV neutralization through
the real export route, pagination clamps, bounded history, stats endpoint,
anomaly annotation) and verified end to end in the browser.

* fix(audit-log): compute signal-rail stats with exact SQL aggregates

Address review feedback on the earlier history-cap change. The cap was
correct for the anomaly baseline but made the stats tiles (events, actors,
failure rate, hourly series) silently undercount on a hub with more than the
cap's worth of rows in the window, since they were derived from the capped
row slice.

- Add DatabaseService.getAuditStatsInputs: exact counts via SQL COUNT /
COUNT(DISTINCT) / GROUP BY hour, and new-ip detection over the small
DISTINCT (user, ip) pair sets. No row cap, so the tiles stay exact at any
window size while memory stays bounded.
- Reduce computeAuditStats to a pure formatter over those aggregates.
- Keep the bounded history read only for the list endpoint's anomaly
annotation, where a recent-activity baseline is an acceptable heuristic.
- Skip the redundant load-failure toast when a fetch fails with a handled
401, so an expired session does not stack toasts on top of logout.

Adds exactness tests for the aggregate counts, distinct-actor handling, and
new-ip detection, and strengthens the pagination-clamp tests.

* fix(audit-log): exclude future-dated rows and make the new-ip sample deterministic

Two small parity fixes on the stats aggregates: upper-bound every current
window by `now` so a future-dated row (clock skew or a fixture) cannot inflate
the live counts, and order the new-ip pair scan so the sample actor shown in
the tile detail is stable. Adds a test asserting a future row is excluded.

Anso 6986b927e3 feat(stacks): per-service start/stop/restart lifecycle actions (#778)
* feat(stacks): add per-service start/stop/restart lifecycle routes

Adds POST /:stackName/services/:serviceName/{start,stop,restart} routes
that operate on containers belonging to a single Compose service, using
the same Engine API pattern as the existing stack-level lifecycle routes.
Includes isValidServiceName validator and audit-summary entries for the
three new paths.

* test(stacks): add per-service action route tests

* test(stacks): fix test quality issues in service action tests

* feat(stacks): add per-service lifecycle menu to container cards

* fix(stacks): handle paused container state in service action menu

* docs(stacks): add per-service lifecycle actions documentation

* docs(stacks): add validation screenshots for per-service lifecycle actions

Anso 6daa7a135d fix(audit): harden audit log with summary fixes, design compliance, and test coverage (#561)
* fix(audit): harden audit log with summary fixes, design compliance, and test coverage

Replace stale /compose/* route summaries with current /stacks/* patterns,
add ~30 missing route summaries for container ops, labels, fleet updates,
SSO, templates, and auto-update. Fix X-Forwarded-For extracting full
proxy chain instead of first client IP. Pre-sort pattern table at module
load for O(1) lookup instead of sorting per request.

Add Calendar and DatePicker UI components (react-day-picker v9 + date-fns)
replacing browser-native date inputs. Align AuditLogView with design system:
Combobox instead of Select, design token colors, strokeWidth 1.5, card bevel,
tabular-nums on all numeric cells.

Add diagnostic logging gated behind developer mode for audit middleware,
query, and export endpoints. Extract getAuditSummary to testable utility.
Add 32 tests covering summary resolution, DB round-trips, API permissions,
export formats, and middleware integration.

* fix(audit): use correct Chevron prop types for react-day-picker compatibility
