docs: refresh README screenshots, links, and capability list (#1833)
Add Tutorials and Roadmap to the header link row, plus a Roadmap status badge. Replace the dashboard hero with the stack detail view showing the Drift tab, and retake every screenshot at 1920x1080 in Dim, OLED, and Light. The Dim grid stays visible by default; OLED and Light sit in collapsible sections so the page stays short. All captures share one appearance baseline: clean headings, signature charts, motion and effects off, maximum ambient glow, blue accent. Add three shipped capabilities that were documented but absent from the list: Fleet Secrets and Fleet Sync under Fleet, and the host console under Operations.
