Dave Kempe b18dc3a158 folders: saving a folder without display_name keeps it ...

A folder PUT that left display_name out wiped the stored title, so any
client or script that predates the field erased it by saving the
folder. Treat it like allowed_users: omitted keeps what is stored, ""
clears it. Document the field on create and update.
