Jad Seifeddine 4a0fb448fc docs: SPICE and Proxmox VE sessions ...

SPICE and Proxmox VE are headline session types, but what the docs said
about them was scattered across the API field tables and the allowlist
notes. Nothing covered the entry editor, the Proxmox API token, node
auto-detection, the one-time ticket and SPICE proxy flow, TLS options,
whether a given package ships guacd's SPICE plugin, or the common
failures from #195 and #218.

docs/spice-and-proxmox.md covers each of these, checked against the
session, PVE client, guacd and editor code and the build scripts.
