Chris An 1556e05b8a fix(sftp): put directory objects as trailing-slash keys (#9180) ...

SFTP subdirectory mkdir and rmdir sent the on-disk __XLDIR__ marker
through the public S3 API. After the suffix was reserved, those calls
were rejected as invalid client keys, so ordinary directory operations
failed while bucket mkdir still succeeded.

Send the logical trailing-slash key and let storage encode the marker.
