唐小鸭 30c1dffe48 fix(replication): replicate null versions written before versioning (#8757) ...

The scanner heal gate dropped Some(Uuid::nil()) along with None, so null versions in versioned buckets never reached existing-object replication. Skip only unversioned listings, matching MinIO, and recognize the nil UUID as the null version in the newer-target guard and version comparison.
