Hauser ceb53fef85 fix(ci): select Python 3.14 for Connect acceptance (#8530) ...

The shared connected preflight uses uuid.uuid7, which is unavailable in older runner Python environments. Select Python 3.14 with the existing pinned setup action in all eleven acceptance callers.
