* fix(ecstore): reclaim rollback backups after object heal

Retire only the backup returned by a successful, fenced heal publication.
Keep child keys, live data directories, and delete recovery evidence safe.

* fix(ecstore): retain heal cleanup ownership through cancellation

Forward publication and repair key owners to the existing owned delete
executor so local unlink cannot outlive its exact-key serialization.
