Keep the capped read stream concrete until StreamingBlob owns its type erasure. Add verified four-node TLS coverage for full, unaligned range and concurrent reads, with bounded client memory and explicit integrity checks.
Document protocol comparison commands and the old-node workaround during rolling upgrades.

Derive credential-specific clients from the cluster configuration so they retain the generated CA. Exercise successful trusted reads and reject an invalid replacement identity instead of inheriting root credentials.
