* test(kms): cover custom Vault Transit metadata locations * test(kms): include a non-default Transit mount in live coverage * test(ecstore): tolerate cleanup quorum transition * test(ci): restore ten-suite chain expectations * test(ecstore): tolerate cleanup quorum transition in both causal polls The unversioned duplicate-delete poll in batch_transitioned_delete_uses_free_version_per_item reads exact metadata while the same asynchronous free-version cleanup removes per-disk copies, so it can hit the same transient InsufficientReadQuorum as the versioned poll.
