Treat only product strings, 501, and opaque 500 as a refused move. Fail cluster start promptly when a node exits, and overlap GETs with peer kill. Drop the unused TwoPoolFourDrive live-start layout. Co-authored-by: RustFS <hello@rustfs.com>
