* fix(scanner): classify erasure candidates in one budgeted walk
Continue directory classification in cooperative 64-entry batches until
part evidence or EOF, retaining normal checkpoint and namespace work.
Defer metadata accounting and namespace reuse until classification ends.
Distinguish vanished opens from incomplete iteration and preserve quota,
sampling, failed-object and non-destructive heal behavior.
Pin test callsite interest alongside poll-scoped capture to prevent an
unsubscribed sibling from caching the checkpoint callsite as disabled.
