* fix(observability): correlate physical namespace lock releases

Map logical namespace guards to their actual granted peer lock IDs and local physical guard identities. Record physical completion only after successful manager release and registry removal, and record validated positive remote unlock responses without changing release behavior.

Exercise real distributed ownership, asynchronous cleanup, duplicate and disabled guards, stale-owner retirement, and explicit release followed by Drop. Document the required diagnostic filters and the remaining filesystem-tail boundaries.

* fix(ecstore): remove unused lock manager test import

The diagnostic regression uses inherent manager methods and does not need the LockManager trait import. Remove it to pass strict warning checks.
