* test(obs): cover contended identity under netlink denial Check that the production identity entry stays nonblocking while a name writer is held and real netlink discovery is denied, then observes the published name after release. Release the writer before joining so a blocking regression reports a bounded failure. Preserve the timeout, writer release before reader join, and identity restoration ordering. Exercise callback completion and unwind cleanup in the common regression.
