Jamie Tanna a14607f7e4 test(manager/renovate-config): guard supportedPresetSources against drift (#46256) ...

In #46201, we found that although `forgejo>` support was added to
Shareable Config Presets, the `renovate-config` manager didn't actually
implement the lookup, meaning we didn't previously propose updates we
should have.

We can validate this is done by making sure that the `{platform}-tags`
datasource is used to look up a preset.
