* test: drop unconsumed findPr mocks from dashboard rebase test

The new guard short-circuits before platform.findPr, so the mocks were
never reached and the two tests were identical; collapse into one.

* test: assert commitSha loosely in dashboard rebase test

main replaced the shared `'123test'` mock value with `fakeSha('123test')`,
so the literal no longer matches on the merge ref.
