Michael Kriese 690da3581f fix(datasource/gitea-tags): return no digest for a missing repo or tag (#46984) ...

A 404 from the tag or commit request in the digest lookup was thrown as
an HTTP error and failed the whole dependency lookup. Return `null`
instead, as gitlab-tags does, so only the digest is missing. This also
applies to the Forgejo datasources, which share this implementation.
