* feat(workers/repository): log date of last merged PR in repo stats

When reviewing the repo's PR merge stats, it can be useful to see how
recently a PR was merged, in case it's a repo that historically used
Renovate, but hasn't recently accepted any PRs.

We can use the `closedAt` field from a merged PR, and make this
available as a top-level stat.
