Niels Pardon b9f5e3c7d1 docs(conda): clarify minimumReleaseAge is supported (#45622) ...

The conda datasource has returned `releaseTimestamp` since it was added,
for both the Anaconda.org API (`upload_time`) and prefix.dev
(`createdAt`), but never declared `releaseTimestampSupport`. The docs
therefore listed it as unsupported in both the datasource table and the
`minimumReleaseAge` support table.
