Jamie Tanna 4a0935d711 fix(util/exec): remove java-maven tool (#46587) ...

As it's not an official tool Renovate supports, and was added for
Mend-internal usage.

However, as we work towards #41849, we should make sure that we don't
document a tool that isn't used by Renovate.
