* feat(datasource): report the datasource which served a lookup

A datasource which delegates a lookup to another one, such as the go datasource to github-tags, returns the delegate's id as effectiveDatasource. The lookup copies it onto the update result, so that templates, matchJsonata and logs can tell which path answered.

* Update lib/util/template/index.ts

* style(template): format the effectiveDatasource description
