Jamie Tanna 530e3e6ea8 fix(json-schema): reject unknown keys in toolSettings and postUpgradeTasks ...

Currently, it's possible to specify unrelated config options under
`toolSettings` and `postUpgradeTasks`, which then won't be followed, but
won't provide any IDE-aware highlighting.

As we specify the `parents` for any child options, we can restrict this
further with `additionalProperties: false`.

We intentionally don't touch `vulnerabilityAlerts`, as this does have
Renovate config underneath it.

We need to make sure that the generated schema is now more restrictive,
so can't use an `allOf`, as we need to say that only the known options
are valid, so have to use the `properties`, not an `allOf`.
