Jamie Tanna d17b70b944 feat(manager/gomod): allow pointing to a fork of marwan-at-work/mod ...

As part of changes in #41817, we're considering forking
`marwan-at-work/mod` and maintaining a version under `renovatebot`.

In the meantime, we can start by making it possible to override the
location of `mod`.
