Jamie Tanna	76ae34045a	refactor(vulnerability): extract shared functionality into util functions (#42433) ... As part of the addition of the new Enrichment modules, we should perform a prefactor that'll introduce helper methods that can be used across both GitHub and OSV Vulnerability Alerts. Because each module uses a slightly different input (Datasource ID or an "Ecosystem" according to OSV) we need to handle both types of inputs.
