docs(manager/sveltos): remove duplicated depTypes table from readme ( #44016 )

Move the Sveltos documentation links into the dep-types.ts description
fields so they appear in the auto-generated Dependency types table.
Replace the duplicate hand-written table in readme.md with a config
example showing how to use depTypes for fine-grained control.
