feat(pixi)!: add feature to depType ( #35255 )

Add feature name to depType in pixi manager so users can match package by feature name.
BREAKING CHANGE: pixi manager will no longer have a hardcoded `depType: 'dependencies'` and instead have values like `depType: 'feature-lint'`.
