* chore: migrate imports from zod/v3 to zod/v4
This contains import updates and adds explicit record keys as zod/v4 requires these now
* ci: enforce usage of zod/v4

fix(bitrise): make steps optional in workflow schema ( #42362 )

Workflows with only envs/after_run (no steps) caused the entire
bitrise.yml parsing to fail because steps was a required field.
