* fix(docker): replace getJsonUnchecked with validated getJson
Replace all getJsonUnchecked calls in the Docker datasource with
Zod-validated getJson calls. Add RegistryAuthToken, RegistryTagsList,
and QuayTagsResponse schemas to schema.ts and add unit tests for them.
