rcourtman 47dc675165 Keep the token ingress fixture independent of umask

t.TempDir creates its directory through the process umask. Under 0002
the directory is group-writable, the installer correctly refuses to
trust the reader inside it, and every valid case failed on hosts with
that umask while passing on CI runners.
