pulse-triage[bot] 35a040e887 Incorporate the upstream Cloud portal security lock correction 
Preserve the reviewed maintenance tip and additive fixture repairs while composing the current upstream source-map-js 1.2.2 development dependency lockfile. Root Go and main frontend manifests are unchanged; the portal graph must use current upstream hosted checks rather than the stale launch snapshot.
