pulse-triage[bot] 765b877717 Keep pasted code separate from issue metadata declarations
Recognise fenced and indented evidence without treating its headings as form fields. Preserve genuine fenced field values and product-named versions while refusing to borrow quoted or modified-build versions. Keep full secondary topics, current-issue reads and Community-owned state intact.

Contract-Neutral: Repair issue-form classification and its mirrored guide only; no product runtime or subsystem contract delta.
