Canonical Governance run 38016670825 passed browser admission but failed strict temporary .git cleanup during the two-order receipt-pruning test. Isolate both disposable fixture builders from runner configuration and disable automatic GC, maintenance and fsmonitor locally, including bare Git calls made by the guard. Trace real pruning merges and test hostile ambient configuration without suppressing cleanup errors or weakening receipt checks.
