Gate mail, queue and quarantine reads at the owning poller. Preserve legacy mail defaults while persisting explicit all-off scope, keep missing readings out of alert recovery and reject absent PMG object data. Partial queue observations may prove the highest configured severity but cannot resolve or downgrade alerts. Retain version connectivity separately from downstream poll failure and cover scope, persistence, pause, in-flight and adverse-read boundaries.
