rcourtman f5651f3eb9 Match setup handoff E2E to the corrected first-source copy (#2314) ...

#2309 reworded the empty setup-complete next step so it no longer
promises temperatures and SMART on every Proxmox host, but the
stable-tier E2E spec `30-setup-platform-connections-handoff` still
waited for the old sentence. Core E2E has failed on main since that
merge. This expects the current English copy; every other string the
spec asserts is present in source.
